The OHAFSC has community planning meetings on the third Monday of every other month (Jan, Mar, May, July, Sept, Nov) to:

• Plan grant submissions
• Investigate issues such as fire insurance and reopening the PV Road fire station
• Work on egress and evacuation issues
• Maintain the website
• Plan fund raisers
